3. User Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal authority to enter into binding contracts
• Operate a legitimate, licensed business
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain valid insurance as required by your industry

4. Lead Delivery & Quality

4.1 Exclusive Leads

Thryvea guarantees that all leads delivered through our platform are exclusive to you and not shared with competing businesses in your service area.

4.2 Lead Validation

All leads undergo AI-powered validation before delivery. However, we cannot guarantee that every lead will convert into a paying customer.

4.3 Lead Credits

If a lead does not meet our quality standards (duplicate, invalid contact information, or outside service area), you may request a credit within 48 hours of receipt.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Pricing

Pricing for leads varies by industry, location, and service type. Current pricing will be provided upon consultation and may be subject to change with 30 days notice.

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards, ACH transfers, and other payment methods as specified. Payment is due upon receipt of leads unless other arrangements have been made.

5.3 Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued for leads that fail to meet our published quality standards. Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours with supporting documentation.

6. User Responsibilities

As a user of Thryvea's services, you agree to:

• Respond to leads promptly (within 24 hours recommended)
• Maintain professional conduct when contacting leads
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not resell, share, or distribute leads to third parties
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services to:

• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Spam or harass leads
• Violate any local, state, or federal laws
• Impersonate another person or business
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our lead sources
• Use automated systems to scrape our website

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the Thryvea website and platform are owned by Thryvea LLC. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your personal information and complying with applicable data protection laws.

10. Service Availability

While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, Thryvea does not guarantee that our services will be available at all times. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services with or without notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

Thryvea's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific leads in question. We are not liable for:

• Lost profits or business opportunities
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Actions or omissions of third parties
• Data loss or security breaches beyond our control

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Thryvea harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate services at any time with written notice. Thryvea reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

14. Modifications to Terms

Thryvea may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Modified" date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.

16. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms will first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
